***AVOID*** Do not use this company. They also go by the name of Skylink. A bunch of cowboys that lie. Waited nearly an hour and half on my return to Gatwick. Kept ringing they put the phone down on me, then told me they were jump starting the car because the battery was flat. Liars, the clock was right and when battery is flat a code is needed to restart the radio, but the radio was fine. I told them to take me to where my car was and they refused, and refused to give me the address. Another guy picking up cars for them said they were trying to find my car. Others were calling them and getting different excuses why they waited for so long for their car. THEY ARE CHEAP BUT NOT WORTH IT AVOID,.

Go park and fly would never use them again and would not recommend. The parking is like a scrap yard with cars parked along the roadside staff very rude. Took them an hour to collect us to pick up car which was filthy and cover in sticky leaves and foliage obviously parked along a wooded roadside and charges extra to come into and out car park avoid at all

I recently had to cancel my booking…
I recently had to cancel my booking with this company and it has been very difficult to get a refund. Firstly they keep over £20 as an admin fee, then they got my name wrong when sending the refund via PayPal, finally after a week of trying to get this sorted I received this email from Alexis who is a customer service agent (you can't actually speak to anyone)

I have a gmail account and whether it's gmail or googlemail it makes no difference. I had told her I would never use UK Park and Fly again and that was the response. Think very carefully about booking through this company.

Customer service is non existent.
I have spent the last two weeks trying to contact this company regarding cancellation or amendment of a booking. Their phone number only directs you to other options e.g. emails etc, and there is no option to actually talk with them. Emails, of which I have sent several, are just ignored. Their customer service is non existent. If anybody from this company reads this review my booking number is UKPF262838.

Having used this co for many years they…
Having used this co for many years they have been v good.
BUT when things go wrong their customer service falls V short.
you cannot phone them and any email takes ages to reply if you can get one.
After cancelling it took 5 emails and referral to PayPal to get a response.
They did however eventually pay the refund.
Their refund policy is not inline with other operators who will offer refund or voucher, ukpark and fly will deduct admins and other charges first.
hopefully they will fall into line and then I will continue to use them.

Use shady operators. Click Parking meet and greet sold as no hidden fees but then you have to pay £10 for short stay to drop off AND pick up!
Car came back with a damaged alloy and they don’t care as an agent and no recourse to operator.

Wouldn’t use this company again, we had booked our car in for 2 weeks, due to the Coronavirus our holiday was cancelled, I asked if we would just be able to change the dates on the booking for later in the year, was told no as it’s a ‘non flexi’ booking therefore the money would be lost, normally I wouldn’t argue the case and if we had chosen not to go then fair enough, the reason we couldn’t go was because of a pandemic! No one had a choice here I can’t believe out of good will they wouldn’t agree to simply just change the dates, disgusting customer service so unhelpful and will never use again!

When I booked my parking
I imputed the flight times and flight no
I imputed drop off time 1200
When the booking was complete it cha to 9 am
I instantly changed on the booking site at that time no request was made for additional payment
When I arrived at the airport
The driver requested £20 for a booking change
I explained but he was only the driver
He called us boss Stuart who was extremely rude and threaten me with a no show even though I was there unless I pay
I gave email customers service twice with no response
So don’t book this rip off company

We used this company at Stansted on a recent holiday. We had to pay £8 to park in a car park to meet them when we noticed that the drop off zone was charging only £4. We were told on the day of departure that because our arrival time back home was after midnight there would be an additional charge of £30 cash to be paid to the driver to drop our car off as their drivers did not come out at this time. We also had another £8 charge for this car park when we came back. We were not given a receipt for the £30 as we were told we had to get this from UK Park and Fly. We have asked twice and not received one. Also our car was filthy and nearly on empty after having been filled up beforehand and had only been driven 85 miles to the airport. Will NEVER use this company again. Cowboys.

Gatwick 'Sure parking'
Gatwick 'Sure parking' Booked under the park n fly banner. The 1st action of the driver was to un plug my dash cam RECORDED little did he know that it still records on own reserve power.
The car was then driven the parking spot then driven again that day to another location.
The day before my return it was out driving again for quite a distance.

I would give zero stars if possible. Turned up today to park car before flying out to find company they were using St Mirren Parking went into liquidation. No notice or contact received, spent very stressful 2hrs trying to find alternative parking and now at an increased cost. Disgusted could not telephone and speak to someone - their contact number only provides messages and they will get back you in 24hrs - great help that it ... NOT

This Saturday my car was returned with missing passenger side mirror which has clearly been ripped off. Also it was very dirty on the inside and outside (including cigarette butts on the floor), although it was thoroughly cleaned the day before dropping it off at the airport. The driver who returned the car did not mention any damage to the car and walked off immediately. When I called the provider I was told that they will review the photos of the car taken (when I pointed out no photos were taken in front of me when I dropped off the car I was told that the procedure is to photograph the car once it is driven to the parking lot), but they are sure that the car was dropped off damaged. I have been trying to contact the manager who was supposed to call me back 2 days ago, I've been told he's on holiday and nobody knows when he will return. The quote for repair is £800 as it requires a whole new automatic, heated mirror and disassembling the door to install it. I have been calling them on the number they give customers to call them on departure/arrival but clearly they now recognize my mobile number have been instructed not to answer my calls they're being repeatedly rejected. The worst service ever and unacceptable avoidance.
